Both Naison (Security Guard) and Nyasha (Houseworker/Gardener) are very hard working and completely trustworthy. They have worked for us for over 3 years, first as company employees (De Beers) then as our personal staff.
NYASHA began as a gardener who helped around the house when our maid took leave. He managed to get both his gardening and housework duties done in a week, so we no longer needed a maid. When we moved to a house that came with a gardener, we gave him work running errands in town (with a bike) and doing simple scanning work on the computer. He is very eager to please, quick to learn, and respectful of us and our privacy.
NAISON has worked for us as a security guard for over 3 years. His English is poor, but he understands simple language. Often I get up at odd hours of the night and I've always been impressed by him since almost invariably I see his flashlight scanning the garden!
