"If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome." -- Anne Bradstreet

SMART-CARD MARRIAGE

Please be advised that the much-publicised Smart-card Marriage project will now be implemented in Zimbabwe.

With effect from 12th June 2007, your DSTV smart-card will be 'married' to the decoder that it is inserted into. Thereafter, it will not be able to be used in any other decoder. Should you use your smart-card in two decoders (e.g. at a holiday home), please ensure that you register the second decoder by calling Multi-Choice Zimbabwe's Customer Care Centre on phone: 04-25 33 25; toll free: on 0800 3 253325 or email help@dstv.co. zw - this registration can be done at anytime.

As the Smart Card Marriage is an automatic process, your DSTV reception should not be affected. Nonetheless, should you experience any viewing problems, please contact our Customer Care Centre for assistance. As a reminder, this is open daily between 8am - 6pm.
