4) Condolences/In Memoriam/Wreath Funds Marthinus Nel Recently we all received some devastating news that our beloved Friend Marthinus "Thinus" Nel had past away in a tragic accident with a wild Elephant during a wildlife conservation game count this past weekend. Thinus and the Nel family took part in many game counts around the country, they personally helped aid in many wild life conservation efforts more specifically and recently to Hwange National Park. He loved the beauty of the African bush and spent his free time doing his part to make it better, keep it natural and help the animals that he loved continue to thrive. Those who knew Thinus would all agree what an incredible man he was and the positive impact he had on the community. For me Thinus was the closest thing to an angel on earth as you could find. He was a kind man who loved his family greatly and truly would offer the shirt off his back to anyone who needed. He meant a great deal to me and my family and the world will shine a little less bright with him gone. The Nel family have asked rather than donations for the funeral they would instead like to build a borehole for the natural wildlife in memory of Thinus in Hwange National Park. All donations and funds would directly go to the building and creation of a borehole to supply thousands of litres of water to the local wildlife.
