James Rorey Cruickshank passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family.He fought a brave fight with dignity. We will miss you Rory! LES ANDERSON Les passed away on Tuesday afternoon at home after a long fight, bravely borne. He will be sorely missed. Operates 24 hours a day and is full computerized. Reports get a reference number and the matter is dealt with immediately. The Call Centre is linked by radio to the emergency services and residents can call about anything - pot holes, traffic lights not working, water leaks and bursts as well as fire, ambulance and nuisance calls. At the end of last term she had to have another operation on both legs so that she will be able to keep using prosthetic legs. We have just had the quotation for good quality prosthetics which can be adjusted so they will fit her for the next 10 or so years. Unfortunately for this type of prosthetic the cost is very high at $4,000! We could go for cheaper heavy prosthetics but not only will these be uncomfortable but they will have to be replaced every couple of years. We do understand that there are so many calls on the Bulawayo public but I know that this little girl touched many hearts when she was involved in the accident.
