2) Condolences/In Memoriam/Wreath Funds

To the Friends and Family of Mr John Minshull,

With a heavy heart, I write this farewell message for Mr John Minshull, an exceptional man who profoundly impacted my life and the lives of many others. John was not only my biology teacher but also a cherished family friend, someone I knew before, during, and after my school years. His presence was a constant source of wisdom and kindness.

I have fond memories of Mr Minshull. One, in particular, sticks out when he waxed lyrical about his trips into the Kariba dam wall and his incredible descriptions of the fish he found there. His enthusiasm was contagious. His love for lager and his pragmatic, gentle nature made him a joy to be around. He was always willing to make time for his students, and I count myself incredibly fortunate to have been one of them.

One of Mr Minshull's most remarkable qualities was his ability to connect with people. His face would light up when he saw someone he knew, and he loved to engage in conversations and was always eager to learn more about those around him and what we had been up to.

He taught me many valuable life lessons, and his guidance has been instrumental in shaping the person I am today. Without him, the world is a poorer place, and I wish you all well as you celebrate his life, as I know he would not want too much fuss. I look forward to quaffing ale with you in Valhalla one day Mr Minshull.

With heartfelt sympathy,
Sean Edington
