Children at the close of last series, they are now 18 and in love, but as they soon find out, their parents hide a dark secret that ruins their romantic dreams. - Once again the sumptuous production design, beautiful costumes and impressive use of locations make 'To Let' a visual feast in the great tradition of British costume dramas. JERSEY BOYS From Oscar-winning director Clint Eastwood comes the big-screen adaptation of 'Jersey Boys' the Tony Award-winning musical which ran for over 4,600 performances on Broadway. Frankie Valli (John Lloyd Young), Bob Gaudio (Erich Bergen), Nick Massi (Michael Lomenda) and Tommy DeVito (Vincent Piazza) have the magic sound that propels them from singing under streetlights to singing in spotlights. With songs like 'Sherry', 'Big Girls Don't Cry', 'Walk Like a Man' and many more, the quartet finds itself at the top of the charts. Sharpe's Eagle is neither a perfect book nor a perfect film. Both are, however, as near to perfection as is perhaps possible. Fine storytelling, characters, love triangles, action, history. OPERA GALA FROM BADEN BADEN This glamorous live concert features Anna Netrebko, Elina Garana, Ramon Vargas, and Ludovic Tezier in a programme of well-known excerpts including the Pearl-Fishers Duet, the Flower Duet, the Toreador's Song and many more from operas by Bellini, Donizetti, Verdi and Saint-Saens. - You don't have to be an operatic aficionado to like this one. It is, in the main, a succession of popular operatic pieces, some arias, some duets, with a couple of quartets slung in for good measure, and sung by four of today's finest artists.
